Intermap and Land Info Announce Distributor Agreement.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1997-- Intermap (Alberta Stock Exchange: IPG.A.) Intermap Technologies Ltd. and Land Info International Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have entered into a distributor agreement whereby Land Info will distribute Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) produced by Intermap using data from the RADARSAT satellite. The agreement gives Land Info world wide non-exclusive distribution rights.

Through this agreement, Intermap will benefit from the distribution of its RADARSAT derived DEMs through Land Info's extensive marketing and distribution channels. "This agreement with Land Info is an important step in building distribution channels for Intermap and particularly for the "off-the-shelf data" that Intermap will offer next year through our Global Terrain on-line data store", said Brian Bullock, Intermap president and CEO.
